- Scheduling and atteding vendor appointments (ceremony & reception location, also florist, cake baker, DJ, etc.)
- Assistance in locating vendors/negotiation with vendors
- Preparing a budget
- Preparing & scheduling timeline and checklists
- Assisting with selecting a color scheme and style of wedding
- Provide information on obtaining a marraige license
- Ceremony Planning
- Preparting itineraries and seating chart
- Attending and overseeing rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
- Instructing attendants about their duties
- Directing the processionals, recessionals, and receiving line
- Reception Planning
- Co-ordinating the collection of gifts received on the day of the wedding
- Wedding day co-ordination, over seeing ceremony and reception (up to 8 hours)
- Co-ordinating the payment of final fees to vendors
- Assisting with booking accomodations for out of town guests
Kona Wedding Package (Partial Wedding Planning)

- 5 hours of face to face contact with client for consultation services (after initial consultation service)

- Provide client with short list of vendors
- Preparing rehearsal and wedding day itinerary
- Review all vendor contracts
- Schedule appointments with vendors and client
- Check with vendor to confirm arrangments for the wedding
- Attend and overseeing rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
- Wedding day co-ordination, over seeing ceremony and reception (up to 8 hours)
