Do you plan events out of state?
My business is based out of two states, NJ and NC. I am willing to travel.
Do you accept clients who have an event planned in short notice?
Dependng on the event and how much time is needed to assist the client. In order
for an event to be successully and to meet the client's needs, I would need as much possible to help coordinate any services that are needed for the event.
Do you coordinate two events in one day?
No, in order to focus on every client's specfic needs, I will not schedule more than one even in a day.
Do you accept cash payments?
Yes. Payments are accepted through Paypal, money order, or checks. There is a return fee of $25 fo non-sufficient funds on checks. I do prefer payments through Paypal. My paypal account is: meridenblue@cs.com. Anyone can set up a paypal account by going through the website www.paypal.com. Payments should be mailed to:

Do you coordinate different events for other cultures or religions?
Yes. I would also like to incorporate any cultural or family traditions in any event that a client feels are important.
Do you coordinate events for commitment ceremonies?
Yes, I am willing to coordinate different events for different clients.
Do you only coordinate events on weekdends?
Yes, for now. I am willing to coordinate an event on a major holiday that is recognized, if it takes place during the week.
Do you provide other services than what is listed under the different packages?
Yes, I do provide other servies that are related to event planning. If there is a service that is needed that is not listed a package I am willing to meet the client o discuss their specific needs and pricing options.
Do you have a payment plan?
Yes. If a client would like to enter in a contract for services, I do require a deposit, so I can reserve the date of the event. The client will be provided wth a payment schedule and information regarding billing for services. If a clientdecides to enter in a contract less than 30 days of an event I accept full payments.
